Child protection in the digital world
For parents and professionals facing a situation in which a child is the target of online abuse or has become, without knowing it, the way into the family’s data. We analyse technically what happened, preserve the evidence and close the gap.
When the child is the target
Abuse and influence that happen online, often without parents seeing it in time. In every case, the first thing we do is preserve the evidence before it disappears.
Online harassment and denigration
Repeated messages, fake accounts created in the child’s name, images or information published to humiliate them. We document everything that was published, look for the technical source where possible and request removal of the content from the platforms.
Bullying in group chats and on social media
Bullying that starts in the classroom carries on in the evening, in messaging groups and on social networks. We rebuild the timeline, preserve the conversations and help you bring the school a clear file, not a handful of scattered screenshots.
Radicalisation, cults and harmful groups
Contacts who gradually isolate the child from the family, closed communities, extremist or ideological content, pressure to belong. We analyse the accounts, contact networks and patterns of influence and explain what is actually going on.
Strangers who gain the child’s trust
Adults posing as classmates or friends, requests for photos, conversations moved to encrypted apps. We preserve the evidence and refer you immediately to the competent authorities.
When the child is the way in
Children have access to the family’s phones, laptops and accounts, and attackers know it. We have worked on cases where the child was the route to the parents’ data or to their company’s data.
Theft of family or company data
The child’s device used to reach the parents’ accounts, personal documents or the company network. We establish what was accessed, through which route and what needs to be changed.
Compromised apps and files
Modified games, extensions, cheat tools or files received in chat that install malicious software on devices used by the whole family. We identify and remove them and check the other devices in the home as well.
Financial fraud through the parents’ accounts
Payments, subscriptions or transfers obtained by manipulating the child, cards saved in apps, codes requested for a prize. We rebuild the flow and prepare the technical documentation for the bank and for a complaint.
The child as a source of information
Seemingly innocent questions about the parents’ schedule, home, company or travel. We assess what information was exposed and what risks follow for the family and for the parent’s organisation.

How it works
We set the pace together. In urgent situations, the first two stages happen on the same day.
Confidential conversation
You tell us what you have noticed. We tell you what not to delete or change before the analysis.
Assessment
We agree which devices and accounts are analysed, with the consent of those entitled to give it, and what result we are after.
Technical analysis
We preserve the evidence, analyse devices, accounts and contacts and rebuild the timeline.
Report
A technical analysis report, explained in plain language, with findings and recommended steps.
Securing and follow-up
We clean and secure devices and accounts, then check that the situation does not recur.
Who it is for
For parents who sense that something is wrong and for professionals who need solid technical analysis in a case involving a child.
We work with the consent of those entitled to give it and we do not install covert monitoring software on a child’s devices. Technical analysis does not replace the police, a psychologist or a lawyer. When the situation calls for it, we refer you to them.
- Parents
- Plain language, discretion and clear steps. You do not need to understand what happened technically to ask for help.
- Lawyers
- A technical analysis report, properly preserved evidence and explanations you can use in your work.
- Other professionals
- Psychologists, school counsellors, schools and organisations working with children that need the technical side of a case.
- Companies
- When an employee’s child’s device has become the way into company data.
Frequently asked questions
01Do I need to know exactly what happened before contacting you?
No. It is enough to tell us what you have noticed: a change in behaviour, strange messages, payments you do not recognise, a device behaving unusually. We work out the technical side.
02What should I do before we talk?
Do not delete messages, accounts or apps and do not reset the device, even if that is your first instinct. Do not confront the suspected person directly. If there is immediate danger, call 112.
03Can you find out who is behind a fake account?
Sometimes, yes. Through technical analysis and OSINT we can link an account to other accounts, to a device or to a behavioural pattern. We do not promise identification in every case, and data held by the platforms can lawfully be obtained only through the competent authorities.
04Will the child know you are analysing their phone?
We work with the consent of the parents or of those entitled to decide for the child. We do not install covert monitoring software. Depending on the child’s age, we advise you on how to involve them, because their trust matters for what comes next.
05Can a lawyer use the report?
The technical analysis report describes what was analysed, how the work was done and what was found, together with the preserved evidence. The lawyer decides how to use it in their work.
06What should I do if I suspect radicalisation or involvement with a group?
Do not take the phone by force and do not delete anything. Contact us as soon as possible: we preserve the evidence, analyse the contacts and content, then agree the next steps with you and, where needed, which authorities should be notified.
07How much does it cost?
The fee depends on the situation, the number of devices and accounts and the urgency. We set it after the first conversation, before any analysis begins.
Tell us what you have noticed. We respond discreetly.
The first step is a confidential conversation in which we establish whether and how we can help. Until then, do not delete messages or reset devices.
